Uploading and downloading file time will depend upon your connection and the available download speed.
If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. The refund method will depend upon your payment method. If you cancel your order after you have approved your proof, you will be charged the appropriate fee for the design option you have chosen. A $39 fee will be charged for design by us that was included in your product purchase. If you submitted a design and cancel your order after you have approved it, you will also be charged a $39 fee.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER AFTER YOU HAVE APPROVED IT:
If after you have approved the proof of your design, you find mistakes, a fee of $8 per change will be charged to correct the file. If you have found mistakes on a design you have submitted to us and want to submit a new or corrected design another $39 proof charge will also be applied. PLEASE PROOF VERY CAREFULLY TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES AND COSTS.
